Booking Terms & Conditions

These Booking Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you (the customer) and SUP Travel Ltd, trading as Not Just Travel – Scott Farmer and The Travel Addict. When you make a booking through us, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Our Role

  • SUP Travel Ltd is an independent travel consultant operating under the Not Just Travel franchise. We act as an agent on behalf of tour operators and suppliers who provide your travel services.
  • Your contract will be with the relevant supplier and subject to their booking conditions.

 

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings require a completed booking form and deposit or full payment as advised.
  • Payments must be made by the due date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking.
  • You must check all booking details and advise us of any errors immediately.

 

3. Changes & Cancellations by You

  • Requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Charges will apply according to the supplier’s terms and may include a Travel Addict admin fee.

 

4. Changes & Cancellations by Suppliers

  • We will inform you as soon as possible if a supplier makes a change or cancels your holiday.
  • Compensation or alternatives may be offered in line with the supplier’s terms and applicable law.

 

5. Travel Insurance

  • It is your responsibility to have comprehensive travel insurance from the time of booking.
  • We can provide recommendations but do not sell insurance directly.

 

6. Passports, Visas & Health

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and meet health requirements for your trip.
  • Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or entry and no refund will be due.

 

7. Financial Protection

  • All air package holidays sold by us are protected by ATOL and/or ABTA through our franchise partnership with Not Just Travel and Hays Travel Ltd.
  • You will receive a confirmation invoice and ATOL certificate where applicable.

 

8. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the service we provide as a booking agent. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or failures of any supplier.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

 

9. Complaints

  • If you have a complaint during your trip, you must inform the supplier immediately. If not resolved, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of your return.
